The Caravan Arrives

Well, as you may have noticed, it's been 10 days since I've posted any items. Partly because I've been busy with personal things, but also because I got so disgusted with what's been going on with the - mid-term elections, the Florida recounts, the incivility of Jim Acosta at the White House Q&A, the fires going on in CA, etc. - that I realized it wasn't worth taking the time to comment on them.

The caravan coming north, with the very first arrivals reaching the border yesterday, is the topic I wanted to share with my readers is a priority I believe is of the greatest importance for our nation.

Of course, the MSM has been telling the country that the thousands of people making the trek through Mexico are coming for political asylum and that most of them are women and children from Honduras. However, those who use their brains to think realize that there's something very strange and deceptive about this whole thing.

How can so many people manage to walk so far in sneakers? How are they managing to eat along the way? What about those who have physical problems; sickness, blisters, medical needs of various types, etc.? Something's fishy!

Finally, a video from Ami Horowitz - the full-length one that's not been edited to fit into the 30 seconds slot given by Carlson, Hannity, or Ingraham - is what more accurately reveals some of the truths regarding the questions asked above.

It validates some of the information I posted a couple of weeks ago when I linked to an article that named George Soros, the U.N., the Ford Foundation and a few others, who were assisting those on the ground in Mexico to support the caravan marchers.

Some reports I've seen have even pointed out that many of the women and children have disappeared from the caravan recently as they got closer to the border, and it's suspected that they've been abducted by drug cartel members who've taken them for being sold into the human trafficking trade.

Take A Knee With Me

Take a knee with me ...

Take a little trip to Valley Forge in January. Hold a musket ball in your fingers and imagine it piercing your flesh and breaking a bone or two. There won't be a doctor or trainer to assist you until after the battle, so just wait your turn. Take your cleats and socks off to get a real experience and pray you don't freeze to death before the doctor gets to you.

Then, take a knee on the beach in Normandy where man after American man stormed the beach, even as the one in front of him was shot to pieces, the very sea stained with American blood. The only blockers most had were the dead bodies in front of them, riddled with bullets from enemy fire.

Take a knee in the sweat soaked jungles of Vietnam. From Khe Sanh to Saigon, anywhere will do. Americans died in all those jungles. There was no playbook that told them what was next, but they knew what flag they represented. When they came home, they were protested as well, and spit on
for reasons only cowards know.

Take another knee in the blood drenched sands of Fallujah in 110 degree heat. Wear your Kevlar helmet and battle dress. Your number won't be printed on it unless your number is up! You'll need to stay hydrated but there won't be anyone to squirt Gatorade into your mouth. You're on your own.

There are a lot of places to take a knee where Americans have given their lives all over the world. When you use the banner under which they fought as a source for your displeasure, you dishonor the memories of those who bled for the very freedoms you have. That's what the red stripes mean. It represents the blood of those who spilled a sea of it defending your liberty.

While you're on your knee, pray for those that came before you, not on a manicured lawn striped and printed with numbers to announce every inch of ground taken, but on nameless hills and bloodied beaches and sweltering forests and bitter cold mountains, every inch marked by an American life lost serving that flag you protest.

No cheerleaders, no announcers, no coaches, no fans, just American men and women, delivering the real fight against those who chose to harm us, blazing a path so you would have the right to "take a knee." You haven't any inkling of what it took to get you where you are, but your "protest" is
duly noted. Not only is it disgraceful to a nation of real heroes, it serves the purpose of pointing to your ingratitude for those who chose to defend you under that banner that will still wave long after your jersey is retired.

If you really feel the need to take a knee, come with me to church on Sunday and we'll both kneel before Almighty God. We'll thank Him for preserving this country for as long as He has. We'll beg forgiveness for our ingratitude for all He has provided us. We'll appeal to Him for understanding and wisdom. We'll pray for liberty and justice for all, because He is the one who provides those things. But there will be no
protest. There will only be gratitude for His provision and a plea for His continued grace and mercy on the land of the free and the home of the brave. It goes like this, GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Veterans Day is November 11th, 2018.  PLEASE boycott the NFL on that Sunday.

Who Exactly Is This Man?

Have you ever heard of this person?
cid:D5A73F30AABE48698898481E064491A3@BILLIEPC
This is Edward “Ed” Mezvinsky, born January 17, 1937.
You’ll probably say (as I did), “Who the hell is Ed Mezvinsky, and why should I care?”

He is a former US Democrat congressman who represented Iowa’s 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1973 to 1977.

He sat on the House Judiciary Committee that decided the fate of Richard Nixon.

He was outspoken saying that Nixon was a crook and a disgrace to politics and the nation and should be impeached.

He and the Clintons were close friends and very politically intertwined for many years.

Ed Mezvinsky had an affair with NBC News reporter Marjorie Sue Margolies and later married her after his wife divorced him.

In 1993, the new wife Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky left NBC and became an elected Democrat member in the US Congress. She cast the deciding vote that
got President Bill Clinton’s controversial tax package through the House of Representatives.

In March 2001, Ed Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 counts of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud.

He embezzled more than $10 million dollars from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the notorious Nigerian e-mail scams.

He was found guilty and sentenced to 7 years in federal prison.

After serving less than four years, he was released in April 2008 and remains on federal probation.

To this day, he still owes $9.4 million in court ordered (but unpaid) restitution to his victims.

About now you are saying, “So what?”

Well, this is Marc and Chelsea Mezvinsky.

cid:CF5631E2220E45B69DBB9AE6F84E1B78@BILLIEPC

That’s right; Marc is Ed Mezvinsky's son and Ed is now Chelsea Clinton’s father-in law.

Marc and Chelsea are in their early thirties and purchased a $10.5 million NYC apartment (after being married in George Soros’ mansion).

Marc, has just lost 90% of the funds in the hedge fund he manages. It has been alleged that he skimmed off the last $50 mil and shut it down returning around 10 cents on the dollar to investors. Investigations have begun.

Has anyone heard mention of any of this in any of the media?

If this guy was Jenna or Barbara Bush’s, or better yet, Sarah Palin’s daughter’s father-in- law - or Donald Trump's family
the news would be an everyday headline and every detail would be extravagantly reported.

And yet, many say there are no double standards in political reporting in today's media.

And there is already talk among the US political elite about the next in the  Clinton dynasty - Chelsea - as a future President!

Chelsea Clinton earned $600,000 a year when working for NBC and now works for the Clinton Foundation and sits on quite a few boards.
Her annual earnings are now suggested to be at $1.7 m.

The cycle never ends. That's how crooks and cronyism works.

Statement Proven Accurate

I was standing in a small group of people who were just introduced to each other at the election returns part I attended tonight when one of them said, "These leftists are slowly, but successfully getting initiatives and bills passed across the country that are shifting us from a free society to a socialist one."

Another individual replied, "Oh that's crazy! Why would you say that? You can't prove that."

I was careful, after hearing this exchange, to not get involved in the conversation, so I removed myself quietly, appearing as though I was going to get another drink.

As I drove home later in the evening, I thought about the challenge that was put to the person who'd made the claim.

After arriving home, I checked my mailbox and there was an interesting message from an online friend who happened to send me a link to an article which, although was about another country, gave a perfect example of just how the leftists today are imposing their values on others because they believe they know what's best for everyone else; never mind choice.

I'm sure if I bothered spending a few minutes searching on the web for examples in the U.S. of this kind of thing, it wouldn't be difficult to find and share them. But, since I'm feeling lazy because I'm tired, I'll just stick with this one from the U.K. for now.

Why the Left is Having Coniptioin Fits Over Trump

The mayor of Livermore California explains Trump's popularity and success. This is perhaps the best explanation for Trump's popularity ...

Marshall Kamena is a registered Democrat and was elected mayor of Livermore, CA.. He ran on the democratic ticket as he knew a Bay Area city would never vote for a Republican. He is as conservative as they come. He wrote the following:

Trump's "Lack of decorum, dignity, and statesmanship" By Marshall Kamena, Mayor of Livermore, CA.

My Leftist friends (as well as many ardent #NeverTrumpers) constantly ask me if I'm not bothered by Donald Trump's lack of decorum. They ask if I don't think his tweets are beneath the dignity of the office.

Here's my answer: We Right-thinking people have tried dignity. There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency.

We tried statesmanship.

Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized collegiality as John McCain?

We tried propriety “has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney?"

And the results were always the same. This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the Left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.

I don't find anything dignified, collegial or proper about Barack Obama lying about what went down on the streets of Ferguson in order to ramp up racial hatreds because racial hatreds serve the Democratic Party.

I don't see anything dignified in lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks.

I don't see anything statesman-like in weaponizing the IRS to be used to destroy your political opponents and any dissent.

Yes, Obama was articulate and polished but in no way was he in the least bit dignified, collegial or proper.

The Left has been engaged in a war against America since the rise of the Children of the 60's. To them, it has been an all-out war where nothing is held sacred and nothing is seen as beyond the pale. It has been a war they've fought with violence, the threat of violence, demagoguery and lies from day one "the violent take-over of the universities “ 'till today.

The problem is that, through these years, the Left has been the only side fighting this war. While the Left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in their way, the Right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety.

With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America's first wartime president in the Culture War.

During wartime, things like dignity and collegiality simply aren't the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drunk whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming.

Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today.

Lincoln rightly recognized that, "I cannot spare this man. He fights."

General George Patton was a vulgar-talking [Commander]. In peacetime, this might have seen him stripped of rank. But, had Franklin Roosevelt applied the normal rules of decorum then, Hitler and the Socialists would barely be five decades into their thousand-year Reich.

Trump is fighting. And what's particularly delicious is that, like Patton standing over the battlefield as his tanks obliterated Rommel, he's shouting, "You magnificent bastards, I read your book!"

That is just the icing on the cake, but it's wonderful to see that not only is Trump fighting, he's defeating the Left using their own tactics.

That book is Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals  a book so essential to the Liberals war against America that it is and was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton's senior thesis.

It is a book of such pure evil, that, just as the rest of us would dedicate our book to those we most love or those to whom we are most indebted, Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer [because Lucifer was the first "radical"].

Trump's tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do. First, instead of going after "the fake media" - and they are so fake that they have literally gotten every single significant story of the past 60 years not just wrong, but diametrically opposed to the truth, from the Tet Offensive to Benghazi, to what really happened on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri - Trump isolated CNN. He made it personal.

Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employs ridicule which Alinsky described as "the most powerful weapon of all." Most importantly, Trump's tweets have put CNN in an untenable and unwinnable position. They need to respond.

This leaves them with only two choices. They can either go high (as Hillary would disingenuously declare of herself and the fake news would disingenuously report as the truth) and begin to honestly and accurately report the news, or they can double-down on their usual tactics and hope to defeat Trump with twice their usual hysteria and demagoguery. The problem for CNN (et al.) with the former - going high - is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (read: propaganda) that keeps the Left alive.

Imagine, for example, if CNN had honestly and accurately reported then-candidate Barack Obama's close ties to foreign terrorists (Rashid Khalidi), domestic terrorists (William Ayers & Bernardine Dohrn), the mafia (Tony Rezko) or the true evils of his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright's church. [Oh yes, did you happen to see the picture of Obama with Louis Farrakan which was sealed from the public during his two terms?]

Imagine if they had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the Obama administration's weaponizing of the IRS to be used against their political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the Obama administration's cover-up.

So, to my friends on the Left  and the #NeverTrumpers as well, do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be collegial and dignified and proper?  Of course I do.

These aren't those times. This is war. And it is a war that the Left has been fighting without opposition for the past 50 years.

So, say anything you want about this president - I get it - he can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don't care. [But it sure seems difficult for the Left to swallow their own medicine when Trump uses Alinsky's strategies on them.]

I can't spare this man. He fights for America!

A History of Cycles

In our modern society of instant communications and information, it seems the majority of people have little understanding of history and its significance to what it foretells about our future as a nation.

Instead of wisdom, civility, and humility, the dominant trend of today's culture is to be distracted by the glitz and mesmeric entertainment of our technological achievements; CGG (Computer Generated Graphics), VR (Virtual Reality), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Very few living today understand anything other than paper dollars, and credit. Yet, all of it is based on an economic foundation built on sand.

Anyone interested and willing to educate themselves on the financial aspect of why our founding fathers established the United States of America as they did, would do well to watch two episodes of Mike Maloney's Hidden Secrets of Money (Episode 9 - Fall of Empires: Rome vs U.S.A., 28:26 & Episode 10 - American Bread & Circus, 40:49) to understand why I make such statements above.

Yes, the time spans of these two videos may seem long, but then whether you watch them, or not, will reveal your priorities. I guarantee you, the information in them is worth the time.

Remember... knowledge is power, but understanding is wisdom.

Just Who IS Candace Owens?

Candace recently gave a speech at Liberty University only two days after President Trump spoke to the United Nations a few months ago.

I had seen her occasionally, or heard her mentioned, over the past year, or so, but really never had known why she has risen to prominence on the national stage of politics.

If you've not had a chance to discover her story and how she has burst onto the national scene from relative obscurity, then you owe it to yourself to take a half-hour of uninterrupted time, and watch this captivating speech she gave in front of at least a thousand students and faculty.

Now I understand why.
