Who Exactly Is This Man?

Have you ever heard of this person?
cid:D5A73F30AABE48698898481E064491A3@BILLIEPC
This is Edward “Ed” Mezvinsky, born January 17, 1937.
You’ll probably say (as I did), “Who the hell is Ed Mezvinsky, and why should I care?”

He is a former US Democrat congressman who represented Iowa’s 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1973 to 1977.

He sat on the House Judiciary Committee that decided the fate of Richard Nixon.

He was outspoken saying that Nixon was a crook and a disgrace to politics and the nation and should be impeached.

He and the Clintons were close friends and very politically intertwined for many years.

Ed Mezvinsky had an affair with NBC News reporter Marjorie Sue Margolies and later married her after his wife divorced him.

In 1993, the new wife Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky left NBC and became an elected Democrat member in the US Congress. She cast the deciding vote that
got President Bill Clinton’s controversial tax package through the House of Representatives.

In March 2001, Ed Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 counts of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud.

He embezzled more than $10 million dollars from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the notorious Nigerian e-mail scams.

He was found guilty and sentenced to 7 years in federal prison.

After serving less than four years, he was released in April 2008 and remains on federal probation.

To this day, he still owes $9.4 million in court ordered (but unpaid) restitution to his victims.

About now you are saying, “So what?”

Well, this is Marc and Chelsea Mezvinsky.

cid:CF5631E2220E45B69DBB9AE6F84E1B78@BILLIEPC

That’s right; Marc is Ed Mezvinsky's son and Ed is now Chelsea Clinton’s father-in law.

Marc and Chelsea are in their early thirties and purchased a $10.5 million NYC apartment (after being married in George Soros’ mansion).

Marc, has just lost 90% of the funds in the hedge fund he manages. It has been alleged that he skimmed off the last $50 mil and shut it down returning around 10 cents on the dollar to investors. Investigations have begun.

Has anyone heard mention of any of this in any of the media?

If this guy was Jenna or Barbara Bush’s, or better yet, Sarah Palin’s daughter’s father-in- law - or Donald Trump's family
the news would be an everyday headline and every detail would be extravagantly reported.

And yet, many say there are no double standards in political reporting in today's media.

And there is already talk among the US political elite about the next in the  Clinton dynasty - Chelsea - as a future President!

Chelsea Clinton earned $600,000 a year when working for NBC and now works for the Clinton Foundation and sits on quite a few boards.
Her annual earnings are now suggested to be at $1.7 m.

The cycle never ends. That's how crooks and cronyism works.

Statement Proven Accurate

I was standing in a small group of people who were just introduced to each other at the election returns part I attended tonight when one of them said, "These leftists are slowly, but successfully getting initiatives and bills passed across the country that are shifting us from a free society to a socialist one."

Another individual replied, "Oh that's crazy! Why would you say that? You can't prove that."

I was careful, after hearing this exchange, to not get involved in the conversation, so I removed myself quietly, appearing as though I was going to get another drink.

As I drove home later in the evening, I thought about the challenge that was put to the person who'd made the claim.

After arriving home, I checked my mailbox and there was an interesting message from an online friend who happened to send me a link to an article which, although was about another country, gave a perfect example of just how the leftists today are imposing their values on others because they believe they know what's best for everyone else; never mind choice.

I'm sure if I bothered spending a few minutes searching on the web for examples in the U.S. of this kind of thing, it wouldn't be difficult to find and share them. But, since I'm feeling lazy because I'm tired, I'll just stick with this one from the U.K. for now.

Why the Left is Having Coniptioin Fits Over Trump

The mayor of Livermore California explains Trump's popularity and success. This is perhaps the best explanation for Trump's popularity ...

Marshall Kamena is a registered Democrat and was elected mayor of Livermore, CA.. He ran on the democratic ticket as he knew a Bay Area city would never vote for a Republican. He is as conservative as they come. He wrote the following:

Trump's "Lack of decorum, dignity, and statesmanship" By Marshall Kamena, Mayor of Livermore, CA.

My Leftist friends (as well as many ardent #NeverTrumpers) constantly ask me if I'm not bothered by Donald Trump's lack of decorum. They ask if I don't think his tweets are beneath the dignity of the office.

Here's my answer: We Right-thinking people have tried dignity. There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency.

We tried statesmanship.

Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized collegiality as John McCain?

We tried propriety “has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney?"

And the results were always the same. This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the Left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.

I don't find anything dignified, collegial or proper about Barack Obama lying about what went down on the streets of Ferguson in order to ramp up racial hatreds because racial hatreds serve the Democratic Party.

I don't see anything dignified in lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks.

I don't see anything statesman-like in weaponizing the IRS to be used to destroy your political opponents and any dissent.

Yes, Obama was articulate and polished but in no way was he in the least bit dignified, collegial or proper.

The Left has been engaged in a war against America since the rise of the Children of the 60's. To them, it has been an all-out war where nothing is held sacred and nothing is seen as beyond the pale. It has been a war they've fought with violence, the threat of violence, demagoguery and lies from day one "the violent take-over of the universities “ 'till today.

The problem is that, through these years, the Left has been the only side fighting this war. While the Left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in their way, the Right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety.

With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America's first wartime president in the Culture War.

During wartime, things like dignity and collegiality simply aren't the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drunk whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming.

Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today.

Lincoln rightly recognized that, "I cannot spare this man. He fights."

General George Patton was a vulgar-talking [Commander]. In peacetime, this might have seen him stripped of rank. But, had Franklin Roosevelt applied the normal rules of decorum then, Hitler and the Socialists would barely be five decades into their thousand-year Reich.

Trump is fighting. And what's particularly delicious is that, like Patton standing over the battlefield as his tanks obliterated Rommel, he's shouting, "You magnificent bastards, I read your book!"

That is just the icing on the cake, but it's wonderful to see that not only is Trump fighting, he's defeating the Left using their own tactics.

That book is Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals  a book so essential to the Liberals war against America that it is and was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton's senior thesis.

It is a book of such pure evil, that, just as the rest of us would dedicate our book to those we most love or those to whom we are most indebted, Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer [because Lucifer was the first "radical"].

Trump's tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do. First, instead of going after "the fake media" - and they are so fake that they have literally gotten every single significant story of the past 60 years not just wrong, but diametrically opposed to the truth, from the Tet Offensive to Benghazi, to what really happened on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri - Trump isolated CNN. He made it personal.

Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employs ridicule which Alinsky described as "the most powerful weapon of all." Most importantly, Trump's tweets have put CNN in an untenable and unwinnable position. They need to respond.

This leaves them with only two choices. They can either go high (as Hillary would disingenuously declare of herself and the fake news would disingenuously report as the truth) and begin to honestly and accurately report the news, or they can double-down on their usual tactics and hope to defeat Trump with twice their usual hysteria and demagoguery. The problem for CNN (et al.) with the former - going high - is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (read: propaganda) that keeps the Left alive.

Imagine, for example, if CNN had honestly and accurately reported then-candidate Barack Obama's close ties to foreign terrorists (Rashid Khalidi), domestic terrorists (William Ayers & Bernardine Dohrn), the mafia (Tony Rezko) or the true evils of his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright's church. [Oh yes, did you happen to see the picture of Obama with Louis Farrakan which was sealed from the public during his two terms?]

Imagine if they had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the Obama administration's weaponizing of the IRS to be used against their political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the Obama administration's cover-up.

So, to my friends on the Left  and the #NeverTrumpers as well, do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be collegial and dignified and proper?  Of course I do.

These aren't those times. This is war. And it is a war that the Left has been fighting without opposition for the past 50 years.

So, say anything you want about this president - I get it - he can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don't care. [But it sure seems difficult for the Left to swallow their own medicine when Trump uses Alinsky's strategies on them.]

I can't spare this man. He fights for America!

A History of Cycles

In our modern society of instant communications and information, it seems the majority of people have little understanding of history and its significance to what it foretells about our future as a nation.

Instead of wisdom, civility, and humility, the dominant trend of today's culture is to be distracted by the glitz and mesmeric entertainment of our technological achievements; CGG (Computer Generated Graphics), VR (Virtual Reality), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Very few living today understand anything other than paper dollars, and credit. Yet, all of it is based on an economic foundation built on sand.

Anyone interested and willing to educate themselves on the financial aspect of why our founding fathers established the United States of America as they did, would do well to watch two episodes of Mike Maloney's Hidden Secrets of Money (Episode 9 - Fall of Empires: Rome vs U.S.A., 28:26 & Episode 10 - American Bread & Circus, 40:49) to understand why I make such statements above.

Yes, the time spans of these two videos may seem long, but then whether you watch them, or not, will reveal your priorities. I guarantee you, the information in them is worth the time.

Remember... knowledge is power, but understanding is wisdom.

Just Who IS Candace Owens?

Candace recently gave a speech at Liberty University only two days after President Trump spoke to the United Nations a few months ago.

I had seen her occasionally, or heard her mentioned, over the past year, or so, but really never had known why she has risen to prominence on the national stage of politics.

If you've not had a chance to discover her story and how she has burst onto the national scene from relative obscurity, then you owe it to yourself to take a half-hour of uninterrupted time, and watch this captivating speech she gave in front of at least a thousand students and faculty.

Now I understand why.

Political Debate Has Become Sectarianism?

If you've been paying attention to any degree about how our political dialog and debate has changed over the past decade, you may have realized lately that it's changed for the worse.

Just what does it mean about our nation's future when our politics has morphed from civil discussions in the past to an intense divisiveness across our nation today?

During the Obama Administration if any conservatives spoke up about what the president was doing policy wise to negatively impact the country, the media talking heads acted as though they couldn't understand why we were being so racist, or defended every move Obama made as justified and for the betterment of the country.

Then, when the "Whitelash" - as the self-proclaimed communist, Van Jones of CNN asserted - happened in the immediate post 2016 election that shocked the leftists when Donald Trump won over Crooked Hillary, the shift occurred ever so quickly' growing in fervor with every passing month.

For roughly eighteen months it was "Russian Collusion", then, when that didn't pan out well for the liberal/leftists, they shifted to calling Pres. Trump a "racist", "Hitler", you name it, on the issue of immigration. Now, with a man who despises the president's friendliness with Israel and kills 11 innocent Jews in their synagogue, they call him an Anti-Semite.

In two years, the level of hysteria and vitriol has intensified to the point of today's commentary on the major news outlets - the Democratic Party's messengers - has now become nothing but opinion against the president.

Recently, Tucker Carlson opened his show on this issue, and Liberty Video News posted this opening segment of video from it on their site in an article titled, Tucker Carlson: When Political Debate Goes Wrong. Knowing how Tucker speaks so quickly through the points he makes, it might behoove one to replay it a few times to catch all of what he's saying in this brief clip, and ponder it carefully.

My Congressman's View on the "Caravan"

Today, I received a response from my Congressman; Adam Smith of the 9th Congressional District. You will find below a pasting of his remarks from that letter.

I shall insert some comments to his points in colored parenthesis.

If  this picture doesn't tell you where this Congressman is coming from, then I've lost you already.

"Thank you for contacting me about the migrant caravan traveling towards our southern border from Central America. I appreciate you taking the time to write me about this critical issue.
In October of 2018, thousands of Central American migrants fled their home countries and formed a group traveling on foot to seek asylum in the United States or Mexico. (Really? Why aren't you mentioning that paid organizers from George Soros, the U.N., and the Ford Foundation would fund their several thousand miles walk/ride on trucks, buses, and trains?) The migrants, most of whom come from countries plagued with gang violence, drug wars, corruption, and political repression, are hoping to escape persecution and threats to their families’ safety. (Sorry, but these types of "persecution and political repression" aren't qualifications for asylum, and you know it!) Initial reports estimated that as many as 7,000 people constituted the caravan, but that number has continued to decline and the caravan was estimated to be down to 3,500 people by mid-October. This number is expected to decline further as many drop off due to the grueling nature of the journey and as people seek asylum in Mexico.
Unfortunately, many have mischaracterized the caravan’s arrival as an “invasion” of the United States and a threat to our national security. The reality, however, is that this is not an invasion and no evidence to date has shown this to be a credible threat to our national security. (Well then, the office aide you pay to write your replies apparently hasn't seen the videos of them tearing down border gates, and throwing rocks and any heavy objects they can at the Mexican Police.) In Fiscal Year (FY) 2019, the U.S. Border Patrol apprehended nearly 400,000 migrants—the arrival of this caravan would constitute less than one percent of that number. (Yes, that's true, but it's also true that a majority of those 400,000 were released after being apprehended coming across the border to stay in the U.S. and 90% nevr show up at the court for their processing hearing.)The United States has a legal obligation to hear asylum claims from all migrants who arrive at our country’s doorstep and express fears of violence in their home countries. We can maintain a secure border as well as the rule of law, while still upholding our country’s values to protect those fleeing persecution and violence. (Sir, you clearly are insane! How can our country uphold our values if those illegals who never become legal immigrants are allowed to repeatedly enter the country, rape or murder our women - ie: MS-13 gangs - or kill our children while driving intoxicated and have no license? You're talking "pipe-dreams" man! The only reason you're defending these people is because they are your party's future voting base.)
The President’s announcement that he will send more troops to the border is fundamentally wrong and is a political act at a time when leadership is needed. We should not be militarizing the border and President Trump has offered no clear idea of what our forces are going to do there. (It's only 'fundamentally wrong' because it hurts your party's efforts to grow your voter base, which is YOUR political act, sir! It is the job of the President to protect our nation's borders, but it seems, from your words, that you think we should just dissolve the borders altogether.) We have seen no evidence that it was helpful or effective when he sent the National Guard to the border in April of 2018. (How do you know that for certain, sir? Were you even looking to check if there were any helpfulness or effectiveness?) Additionally, there is no credible evidence that this caravan presents an actual security threat, thus there is no reason to deploy military resources in response. (Again, it's apparent that you've not been paying any attention to recent reports about the clashes occurring between some of the members and the Mexican Police. Then, there's most likely incidences which have occurred which have not even been reported because no one was there to record them.) As Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Committee, I will continue to lead efforts with my colleagues to demand answers from this administration about the unnecessary and dangerous use of our military to support the President’s troubling anti-immigration agenda. (That you call President Trump's use of the military for this situation 'dangerous and unnecessary' reveals your T.D.S. - Trump Derangement Syndrome - towards the man this nation elected in 2016. That claim is also verified from listening to you explain your views on local radio shows.)
The men, women, and children making up the caravan are fleeing poverty and violence in a very unstable part of the world. (Yea, and we've been pouring billions of dollars of foreign aide to them down a "rat hole" in those Latin American countries for decades now, and NOTHING's changed!) However, the President has threatened to cut off foreign aid to Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador because they “were not able to do the job of stopping people from leaving their country and coming illegally to the U.S.” The idea that cutting aid to these countries will help mitigate the crises they face is utterly ridiculous. (No, if these countries aren't willing to deal with their own problems after we've been sending them aide for decades, then why should we keeping doing the same thing and expect something different? That's the definition of insanity!) In fact, we should be bolstering foreign aid to help improve conditions in these countries. (Sorry, but you've just bolstered my previous point here.)

The United States ought to be leading efforts to bring the countries of the region together to determine what can be done to reduce the horrific conditions that are causing people to flee. (Here we go with the bleeding heart rhetoric, again! Shhhh... I think I can hear that little tiny violin playing. Sir, we've tried that "warm fuzzy" stuff for several decades now, and we tax payers are sick and tired of footing the bill for no results!) I do not have any illusions that this is going to be easy, and it does not fall solely on the United States to resolve these issues, but our role as a global leader should be focused on bringing countries in the region together to make progress on these humanitarian challenges, instead of isolating ourselves in a show of military force. (No, you may not have any illusions, but you certainly do seem to have grand delusions about wasting our financial resources on plans that have shown no results. Our nation's ability to survive is at stake here as we watch our culture morphed into a third world country. We don't want to end up like Venezuela!)
The caravan of people that the President is focused on are coming to seek asylum, (No, many have said on videos that they are coming to get JOBS, OURS!) and they have a lawful right to do so. (Oh NO THEY DON'T!) The Trump administration’s reckless mishandling of this situation is irresponsible and dangerous. Rather than falsely scapegoating immigrants and dangerously mischaracterizing the reality of the situation, we must identify meaningful steps we can take to alleviate the crises that these migrants face in their home countries. (Oh, stop with the fancy sounding rhetoric already!)

Thank you for taking the time to contact me. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. (Sir, I did not write you to ask what you thought about this serious situation we face, I asked you to support OUR President. Yet, you clearly are fighting and obstructing his efforts to keep the promises he made to the citizens of the country who elected him into office. You disgust me. I hope, by some miracle, you lose your seat next week in the coming election!)
Sincerely,

Adam Smith
Member of Congress"
