More Examples of Congressional Spending Waste
We've all seen emails of lists of programs Congress has passed to fund in years past. Many stretch the mind's ability to accept as having any real usefulness or common sense benefit to society at all. Well, here's a new one which will challenge your mind to understand why such programs even are being funded. (By saying this, I'm assuming the reader has a modicum of understanding about how to manage their funds and is able to comprehend the waste of our tax dollars for projects which are completely worthless or beneficial in any way.)
