What Everyone's Missing In the Media

The Media (D), which includes all but FOX News*, is abuzz on a 24/7 cycle, now that the Mueller report has been handed over to the acting A.G. Bill Barr. Some within the ranks are actually making very good points regarding the swirling speculation about just what this initial letter from the A.G. actually means.

This, to me, shows just how lacking today's MSM is in giving their viewers a broader view of what is actually the more important issue for our nation. While the MSM is supposed to be neutral in reporting what's going on, it is - for the most part - not.

But what is it that is missing out of all of this? It is Hillary's whopper of a lie against her campaign opponent.

The source and origin of all of this for the past two and a half years, which has dragged the nation through one of the most incredible and unbelievable political scandals in the nation's history, is her campaign apparatus, the fact that evidence now has revealed that then Director James Comey and his F.B.I. cronies acted both unethically and illegally in seeking a FISA warrant based on the very dossier her campaign funds and the DNC paid for, and ultimately Comey exonerating her when it was never his job to pronounce such findings and rulings. These are now undisputed facts found by the committees in Congress.

A glimmer of hope is showing itself when a few commentators are mentioning that Pres. Obama is possibly culpable in all of this as well. But, given the realities of high power politics, I'm not holding my breath on this.

That's what everyone in the Media (D) today is missing among all of this buzz! 

What, to me is even sadder is that much of the people who understand or know this information will not do anything - call, write to their representatives or local newspaper editors, to demand that a new, more in-depth investigation be conducted to return faith by voters in our nation's justice system... something which, amidst the multitude of circumstances weighing our nation down - flooding of immigrants across our border, sanctuary cities/states, homelessness, the opioid epidemic, etc. - is continuing to tear our culture apart.

* Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Shannon Bream and others on FOX News are under pressure from the leftists to not report about these findings of fact I cite here.

No, Congressman Schiff, It’s Not Okay!

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama bailed out G.M. to the union as pay-off for their getting him elected.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama allowed his A.G. to conduct the Fast & Furious Gunwalking operation on the southern border, resulting in the deaths of many; including one of our border agents.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama and S.O.S. Clinton failed to act when Ambassador Stevens and CIA contractors Doherty and Woods were killed in Libya.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama allowed the V.A. to let our veterans die while waiting to just get an appointment with their physician to treat their condition.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama repeatedly, from Prof. Gates to Ferguson, MO, Michael Brown, Tyrone/Zimmerman, and others, fanned the flames of racial division in every circumstance.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama, for 26 times, lied to the American people that they could keep their doctor and health care plan, and that it would save individuals $2,500 once enacted, during the discussion about the “Affordable Care Act”.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama funded Solyndra, and other “clean energy” endeavors with billions of tax dollars, only to see them go bankrupt.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama released five top Al Qaida operatives from Guantanamo in exchange for a deserter in Afghanistan.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama delivered billions in cash on a pallet to Iran at the same time several hostages were released.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama allowed Otto Warmbeir to be held prisoner and be tortured by Kim Jung Un’s North Korean thugs, only to be released as a zombie and die just days after coming home.

It’s Not Okay that Pres. Obama allowed his D.O.J. to spy on American journalists.

Rant all you want about what you believe is evidence that the Trump Campaign colluded with Russia to win the election, but these facts cited above are the reasons behind why the nation voted for, and legitimately elected, Donald J. Trump!

Fight On, You Magnificent Bastard!

My Leftist friends (as well as many ardent #Never Trumpers) constantly ask me if I'm not bothered by Donald Trump's lack of decorum.

They ask if I don't think his tweets are "beneath the dignity of the office." Here's my answer: We Right-thinking people have tried dignity. There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency. We tried statesmanship.

Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized "collegiality" as John McCain? We tried propriety: has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney? And the results were always the same.

This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the Left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.

I don't find anything "dignified," "collegial" or "proper" about Barack Obama's lying about what went down on the streets of Ferguson in order to ramp up racial hatreds because racial hatreds serve the Democratic Party.

I don't see anything "dignified" in lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks. I don't see anything "statesman-like" in weaponizing the IRS to be used to destroy your political opponents and any dissent. Yes, Obama was "articulate" and "polished" but inno way was he in the least bit "dignified," "collegial" or "proper."

 

The Left has been engaged in a war against America since the rise of the Children of the '60s. To them, it has been an all-out war where nothing is held sacred and nothing is seen as beyond the pale. It has been a war they've fought with violence, the threat of violence, demagoguery and lies from day one the violent take-over of the universities till today.

The problem is that, through these years, the Left has been the only side fighting this war. While the Left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in their way, the Right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety. With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America 's first wartime president in the Culture War.

During wartime, things like "dignity" and "collegiality" simply aren't the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drunk whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming.

Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today.

Lincoln rightly recognized that, "I cannot spare this man. He fights..." General George Patton was a vulgar-talking, son-of-a-bitch. In peacetime, this might have seen him stripped of rank. But, had Franklin Roosevelt applied the normal rules of decorum then, Hitler and the Socialists would be five decades into their thousand-year Reich.

Trump is fighting!

And what's particularly delicious is that, like Patton standing over the battlefield as his tanks obliterated Rommel's, he's shouting, "You magnificent bastard, I read your book!" That is just the icing on the cake, but it's wonderful to see that not only is Trump fighting, he's defeating the Left using their own tactics.

That book is Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals a book so essential to the Liberals' war against America that it is and was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton's senior thesis. It is a book of such pure evil, that, just as the rest of us would dedicate our book to those we most love or those to whom we are most indebted.

Trump's tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do. First, instead of going after "the fake media" and they are so fake that they have literally gotten every single significant story of the past 60 years not just wrong, but diametrically opposed to the truth, from the Tet Offensive to Benghazi, to what really happened on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, Trump isolated CNN. He made it personal.

Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employs ridicule which Alinsky described as "the most powerful weapon of all." ... Most importantly, Trump's tweets have put CNN in an untenable and unwinnable position. ... They need to respond. This leaves them with only two choices. They can either "go high" (as Hillary would disingenuously declare of herself and the fake news would disingenuously report as the truth) and begin to honestly and accurately report the news or they can double-down on their usual tactics and hope to defeat Trump with twice their usual hysteria and demagoguery.

The problem for CNN (et al.) with the former is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party

they serve.

It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (read: propaganda)​

More Questions Than Answers

Now that the Mueller Investigation Report has finally been given to A.G. Barr a new chapter in the nation's progression toward Leftist socialism begins to reveal itself more fully.

Yes, only a summary letter has become public from A.G. Barr until legal requirements -redactions - are met for releasing the full report to the public for scrutiny. However, in just a few days since the essence of the report has been known that Mueller's over two year investigation into "Trump Collusion" has found no collusion, the liberal/leftists - Nadler, Schiff, Schumer, Pelosi, Waters, et al - are taking their conspiracy paranoia to a new level by refusing to accept the verdict of Muller's findings.

So, I have a few questions:

• Since the Obama Administration admitted that it knew of the Russian meddling prior to the 2016 election, what did the intelligence agencies do to try and deal with it?
• Since Pres. Obama admitted on camera that the election system was so diverse and designed to make it impossible to meddle to any serious degree, why did CIA Director John Brennan later claim that the Russians had impacted the outcome of the election?
• Why did the Clinton Campaign and the DNC pay Fusion GPS to concoct the dossier and have Christopher Steele be the "author", which was full of garbage; unverifiable claims which Director Comey admitted was so?
• Why did the FBI send agents covertly into the Trump Campaign Team, and not the Clinton Campaign?
• Why did A.G. Sessions recuse himself of the whole Russian investigation only a week or so after being confirmed?
• Why did Nellie Ohr at Fusion GPS work to cook up the dossier, then have her husband, Bruce Ohr, be a go-between from the DOJ to the FBI?
• Why did top level FBI administrators - Comey, McCabe, Stroke, and Page - get involved with what was known by the agency as an unverified dossier?
• Why did the late Senator McCain's office assistant take the dossier and pass it off to the media?
• Why did FBI Director Comey share the dossier with his good friend the "professor" who also passed it around to the media; WaPo and N.Y. Times?
• Why did Stroke write Hillary Clinton's report when they investigated her email scandal and exonerate her BEFORE ever interviewing her?
• Why did Asst. Director Andrew McCabe chose to use "extreme negligence" instead of the legal language which would have convicted her?
• Why did the FBI Director also act as though he was judge, jury and sentencer, by holding a press conference to announce Hillary Clinton's exoneration on her email scandal on July 6, 2016?
• Why did Rod Rosentein appoint Mueller who was a former FBI Director in the early 2000s, and who was a good friend of Comey?

I could go on. If this whole hoax proves anything, it is that our law enforcement and intelligence community at the top federal levels has been completely infiltrated and undermined by the Obama Administration's corruption. Just watch this video compilation for further understanding of just how convinced they are of their delusion.

They were desperate to deliver to Hillary the White House at any cost, for I believe that was the agreement they'd struck when Barrack and Hillary met privately in June of 2008. And when they were caught with their expectations not being realized, quickly went into cover up mode to distract the nation and impede the man they despised by throwing every possible wrench in the "tool box" into his administrative gears; judge rulings and all.

Just think of what Pres. Trump could have accomplished by now, had this not happened! But, more importantly, will we, the people who've lost faith in our judicial and intel community ever see any of these players brought to justice? No, probably not, for we now know for certain that a two-tiered system of justice is in place.

Listening to Bill O'Reilly's commentary regarding the aftermath of the Mueller investigation should prove interesting. 

Seattle City Council: "More Equal Than Others"

How citizens of Seattle feel about their City Council. (Thanks, Dwane!)

The style of governance by the Seattle City Council has just been exposed for how it apparently views the people they are supposed serve.

Respect? Forget it!

Courtesy? Nope, ain't going to happen! You've got two minutes to talk, so get to it.

No, they're too important - well, actually, in my opinion it's more like they're just beginning to feel the pressure of their poor decisions now impacting the city and are too embarrassed to look the people who elected them in the eye - to bother paying attention to whoever is speaking during the public comment period.

This is the exact circumstance in which Richard Schwartz found himself at a recent council meeting. His analogous use of George Orwell's "Animal Farm", while hitting the nail on the head, phrase of how "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." is chillingly disturbing.

As I've share from other posts on other topics, many of the urban council meetings are revealing a similar level of repugnance of the public and urgency in their pushing agendas of meetings through as fast as possible while not allowing for much, if any, public input.

I suspect it was extremely irritating to most, if not all, of the Seattle City Council members. In fact, if one listens carefully to where Mr. Schwartz says the phrase, "...speaks to the state of our democracy..." one can hear a clear sigh of disgust in response from one of the council members at the 1:01 mark of the video of him at the microphone.

This, in my opinion, is the clearest example of the liberal/socialist mindset regarding their contempt and disregard for the very people who voted them into their position of power. The reason, I believe, the council members have such an attitude is because they view their position of power as one which "lords" over the ignorant masses, rather than viewing the purpose of their position as being good  listeners of the constituents who put them there.

Mr. Schwartz was right... it is a glaring example of the state of our democracy today... more and more liberal/socialists more recently don't care what those they are supposed to represent think about their decisions.

Not So Fast!

I figured it wouldn't take long for some form of reaction to surface when it comes to the more recent trending news about A.O.C.'s and Beto O'Rourke's claims that the world is going to end due to climate change if something isn't done in the next ten years. (Ahhh, the hubris of we humans to think we could even scratch the surface on changing our climate.)

Not only has the former co-founder of Green Peace come out against this, but the U.N. Scientists and even the Associated Press have come out correcting the claims. What's next? Liberals and Conservatives living together?

And then there's A.O.C.'s reaction to the Green New Deal being called "elitist" by some of her opponents on the right. Her style of responding is exactly the kind my former students in middle-school used to give me when they didn't get the grade they think they deserved.

Narrow Narratives, Selective Reporting and One-Sided Diversity

Does this sign I saw in a restaurant's bathroom recently  strike you as ridiculous? It does for me. Why? Because it completely ignores the reality that companies which specialize in harvesting trees for various paper, or wood, products - like Weyerhauser - have, over several decades in the past, taken deliberate measures to make sure this natural resource is a renewable one.

But these types of narratives, perpetuated on our younger generations, seem to only focus on virtue signaling about one's individual actions, rather than the facts behind the use of paper products and the reality of ongoing practices which promote sound management. 

If anything, preserving our land is accomplished through the application of scientifically proven forest management practices which prevent the loss of millions of acres to the recent forest fires which have ravaged our lands due to policies which have ignored such practices. 

But many, if not most, of today's younger generations have not been taught these facts and realities; only the narrative that we're destroying our natural environment. So, it's no wonder we see such propaganda in many establishments today. It reinforces their misguided understanding.

Selective Reporting 
 
Last Friday's tragic news of the shooting of Muslims in mosques in New Zealand burst onto the A.P. and U.P.I. wires as though it was the only thing to report on. But why didn't it do the same with the mass killings of Christians in Nigeria by Islamic militants?

What? You didn't hear about this? Gee, I wonder why that is.

These two reports - one from MRC TV and the other from MRC Newsbusters - provide the details of what the Media (D) selectively omits from its news for public consumption. Why? Simple... it doesn't fit the narrative that Muslims are victims, while Christians despised, or are just a bunch of "...people who cling to their Bibles, and guns..." as their favorite President once said.

One-Sided Diversity

On the academic scene, Pres. Trump is apparently signing an Executive Order requiring colleges and universities receiving federal funds to apply the doctrine of free speech to guest speakers on their campuses. Dick Morris suggests it should also require diversity of teaching political ideology in their classes on political science.

The personal story he shares in his Lunch Alert for today reveals an interesting perspective on just how void of diversity colleges and universities are when it comes to teaching any alternative political views which most have evolved into over the last several decades. It's because of such one-sided ideology that the vast majority of youth today have a lop-sided view about government's role in our lives.
