Making Sense of the Unthinkable in America

With so many instances happening today at our national level of government which are shocking and perplexing to many of its citizens, it's critical we understand the history behind how we as a nation have evolved to this point.

For context, it's necessary to go back to 1776 in Philidelphia. When asked by a woman on the street as Benjamin Franklin was coming out of what we now know as Liberty Hall, he was asked by her, "What have you given us, sir?" His response was very prophetic. He replied, "A Constitutional Republic will be the best form of government, but only until the citizens are duped into voting for their federal government to supply all their needs."

As I've pointed out here in previous posts, the reader will recall that Hillary did her college thesis on the writings of a man she admired, and Obama had his ghost-writer, Bill Ayres, write about in his book, "Dreams of My Father".

Saul Alinsky died about 43 years ago. However, his writings have influenced many who are in politics today; the Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocassio-Cortez types, to name just a few. His seminal writing was his book, "Rules for Radicals", a quintessential guide for those wishing to be activitists who wish to use the Fabian Socialist model for overthrowing a country's established government. His follow-up book was titled, "Reveille for Radicals".

If there's anyone who doesn't think that Alinsky's rules aren't currently impacting our nation's shift towards socialism today, is merely ignorant, or deliberately refusing to accept the facts. All eight rules are in play, if one but examines them.

These eight levels of control must be achieved before the situation is set for creating a socialist state; the first being the most important of them all.
  1. Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people.
  2. Poverty - Increase the poverty level as high as possible; poor people are easier to control because they are dependent, and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
  3. Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. This way taxes are easily increased producing more poverty.
  4. Gun Control - Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government. This way it's easier to create a police state.
  5. Welfare - Take control of every aspect of their lives; food, housing, income.
  6. Education - Take control of what the youth of the country learn and over time the generations will believe a lie, no matter how absurd and far fetched it might be. Does the Green New Deal ring a bell? (I would include the Media (D) in this for the effective brainwashing they engage in.)
  7. Religion - Remove, or modify, the belief in God as a critical component of government, society and schools and you eventually have a dominant humanist world view.
  8. Class Warfare - Divide the people into wealthy versus poor. This will cause more discontent and will be easier to take (tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
Do any of these rules sound to you like what's happening in the United States today?

Alinsky mereky simplified Vladamir Lenin's original scheme for world conquest via communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as "Useful Idiots."

These Useful Idiots have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control; China, Cambodia, and Venezuela to name just a few. To deny that it's not happening at an alarming rate in the U.S. today is to either be delusional, or living in isolation in a cave somewhere.
