Having taught for two-thirds of my career as a teacher at the elementary level and seeing this interview segment from CNN, it is clear to me that this is a "puff piece" to reinforce and perpetuate the lie they've promoted to those liberals who are beside themselves over Hillary's election loss last November; and they're out to do whatever it takes to get him out of office.
Asking such questions of third grade children causes me to wonder... how much preparation did their N.E.A./P.E.A./S.E.A. - a.k.a. teacher's union member - teacher spend on coaching and selecting these students to be on CNN's panel? What most viewers don't realize is that there are a lot of unknowns which occur before and behind the interview that can easily and frequently skew such pieces as this.
I can guarantee you that even if there was no effort by these children's teacher to prep them, most children this age would either know nothing of what this reporter asks them, or they were exposed to the mainstream media coverage at home when their parents were watching, or had the television on for these kids to be influenced by. Thus, the reinforcement of the media's own narrative.
