This recent video from Dick Morris provides an explanation of how our "swamp creature" environment in our national capitol has become so partisan and has no incentive to really care about its constituents back home.
Sadly, most of those constituents don't really understand these points Dick makes about the facts behind how this has evolved into its current circumstance today. If they ever really do, it could drastically change things as he points out in his explanation. Watch and see for yourself!
